As a young girl, I’ve learned that hard work, dedication and determination helps build success. After migrating to the United States, I became a licensed Cosmetologist and Make-Up Artist. Being eager to make a difference in life, I tried different things, from being an Independent Tupperware Representative to becoming a Mary Kay consultant. I then landed jobs with a few top cosmetics companies, including, Estee Lauder and Shiseido. With the knowledge I gained over the years, I decided to open and launch my own business. I started with a Hair Pomade called Glint Hair Food, then expanded to include other cosmetic products like moisturizers, creams, and facial powders. Today I have evolved into a full-service company, Yorke Cosmetics, offering not only the products but full makeovers. Yorke Cosmetics creates products for both men and women skin care, glamour products, and also a line of hair products. I am very happy to be the CEO and President of Yorke Cosmetics.
